Who is Simply Yoga?

Co-founder, Sati Witts is an arts graduate who trained as a Theravadin Buddhist monastic in the Thai forest tradition for seven years and is a part-time teacher. Sati runs the partly-owned subsidiary company YogaWaves.

Co-founder, Mat Witts is also Senior Systems Director of the company and has been studying yoga in quite a grown up way since about 1990.

We also have a small team of creative and technical folk that are happy help us with programming, graphic design and data input on an ad hoc basis.
